How tiger woods has affected tourism to major golfing events

Tiger woods himself has been a huge influence to the golfing world as we know it even if people today dont think it or realise it. A fine example of how he influences people to come and watch his golf from all over the world is the quality of his play. He is with some of the words greatest ever golfers such as: Jack Niclaus, Gary Player, Seve Ballesteros, Arnold Palmer etc. Here is a video of what made him attract so many people to watch his golf.

Golf was first plyed in the 15th century and was said to be played by the romans in which participants used a bent stick to hit a stuffed leather ball. The game of golf as we know is played on a golf course consisting of 9 or 18 holes. It is played golf clubs and these are the most commonly used ones: Driver 1, 3 wood, 5 wood, 5 iron, 6 iron, 7 iron, 8 iron, 9 iron, pitching, sand wedge and putter. These are only some of the many clubs used to play this sport.
